Thanks on the website! This is helpful, I feel a bit silly now! I am just so nervous about the whole 'job search' thing. Anyway, so I just go to the designated room when I get there. Thanks for your help.

Just curious. With which schools do you all have ASA interviews? And did they contact you or did you contact them first?

How might the responses change your future behaviors, or affect your current state of mind? These are serious questions, not sarcastic ones.

Knowing if people got interviews and you didn't is information. It's incomplete, but it is information.

I have one interview with Luther (they contacted me) and one with Lehigh (I contacted them). I also contacted Nebraska-Lincoln and was declined an interview. That's it for me...

I suppose it might be useful if people are waiting to hear from schools they contacted and are wondering if those schools have already started scheduling interviews. Like the other poster said, incomplete information. Scraps to the dogs.

I've found ES to be quite useful thus far, even though many in my department actively discouraged it. I've got interviews with UNL, SUNY-Buffalo, and Luther College, thus far, and am waiting to hear back on schedule from a couple more. I made the initial contact for all interviews.

Hey. I just discovered the forum this morning. Part of me wishes I hadn't.
I have interviews scheduled with Luther College and Northland College. UN-L sent me an email telling me that they had more requests than interview spots (i.e., they didn't want to interview me).
I've sent requests to Washington and Lee, NKU, OWU, Denison, Kent State-Ashtabula, and La Salle, but haven't heard anything. Though, those last two just barely posted.

Let us know if you hear back from any of those folks. I'm interested in a couple of those positions, but have heard anything from any of them.
