PRODiG+ Post Doc to Tenure Track Positions in NY

I am not sure if this is the best place to ask this/post this--but as an applicant outside the SUNY/NY system, is it worth applying OR are these meant for SUNY alumni? Really interesting opportunities so just curious about what these are/if anyone has more insight.

I had exactly the same question. I suspect they prefer SUNY alums. But it is not clear from their post

Funny that they say they don't discriminate based on nationality and that they can't provide work visa sponsorship at the same time.
