How soon after a campus interview would one expect to receive an offer? Also, is it normal for the search chair to let you know if you DON'T get the offer or do they just ghost you?

Depend if you're ranked #1. Depts (if the faculty can make up their minds) and if unhindered by admin have incentive to notify earlier in case you have other offers. Can range from 1 week after to 1 month. If you're ranked #2, you'll hear back later and only after the #1 is declined and if admin allows them to pursue lower ranked candidates. If you don't get the offer... they can ghost you (sucks, but sometimes they have rules), but I've been emailed notified 2-3 months after campus visits.

It can be anywhere from a week to 1.5-2 months.
Like mentioned above, it depends on whether or not you are their #1 candidate. If they really want someone, and that candidate has multiple offers, it can delay the process because now they are negotiating with multiple schools and are likely trying to buy as much time as possible.

It also depends on when your visit is in relation to other visits. Even if you're ranked #1, if you were one of the first people to do your campus visit you might be a week or two out from visits even wrapping up. Then the faculty will vote (usually at the next faculty meeting, so also depends on when that is if they meet monthly, might be sooner if a smaller department), then it has to get approved by the Dean etc.
