The University of Southern California’s Pullias Center for Higher Education is seeking to add a postdoctoral scholar to the Delphi Project on the Changing Faculty and Student Success research team to work on a two-year primarily quantitative project that will develop and test the survey research methods for a nationally representative study of postsecondary faculty funded by the National Science Foundation. The project has a strong sociological foundation.
The position can be fully remote and has the potential for renewal. As a previous postdoctoral scholar in Pullias, I'll say that the salary and benefits are decent, and the position has a number of perks (full conference funding, technology, etc.).
