I applied for the environmental sociology/sociology of health position at Colorado State Pueblo (there is another line in criminology). The due date was 1/4. I received this message from HR:

"We have reviewed your application for the Assistant Professor of Sociology and your application demonstrates that you meet the minimum requirements as listed in the job announcement. You will be notified of the next step in the selection process."

I can't tell if it means I will be contacted for a first round interview and/or additional materials request, or if it means I might be and that it only means HR cleared the sociology department to talk to me (and everyone else receiving the same message) should they choose to. 

Can anyone tell me what this means? I received this message a week ago and have not heard anything since.
