Bowling Green State University (BGSU) is seeking applicants for a 9-month, tenure track position in Criminal Justice at the Assistant Professor level starting August 2020. Responsibilities include teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level in the criminal justice programs; establishing a record of high quality research and publication; advising students; supervising graduate students; participating in curriculum design; and providing professional service through community engagement and professional societies. Responsibilities also include participation in collaborative and cross-disciplinary teaching, research and service.

Position Availability: August 2020. Applicants should submit a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, a description of their research plan, a statement of teaching experience/philosophy, and contact information for three references who will be asked to provide a current letter of recommendation.
Finalists are also required to furnish official transcripts and are subject to a background check. Application deadline: December 09, 2019.
