The Department of Sociology will be making a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin in the fall of 2019. The position, which will have a university year appointment, is open with regard to specialization. We are seeking candidates who have demonstrated exceptional promise in sociological research and teaching. Electronic submission of application materials is strongly preferred. Assistant Professor of Sociology
By September 3, 2018, please complete the application and upload pdf files of your letter of application, curriculum vita , samples of written work, a statement of current and future research plans, a statement of teaching philosophy and experience, evidence of teaching excellence (if available) and the names and email addresses of three reference letter writers.
