Hi all. I recently decided to go back on the job market after about 4 years in a tenure-track position. As part of the tenure/promotion process, my university requires yearly written evaluations of teaching, research, and service performance by peers, deans, and chairs (I'm assuming this is pretty universal). My evaluations tend to be pretty strong, and I would love to send them off as part of my application packages, but was wondering if doing so might be viewed as a bit "underhanded" in the eyes of search committees. Any views on this?

I would definitely include something of what you got--just not everything. In your position, I would select one or two of the best evals, if they aren't confidential and attach them in my portfolio. You could also say you have the other materials available upon request.
