Washington University in St. Louis - Postdoctoral Researcher, Organizational Behavior
Essential Functions: The Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in the area of Organizational Behavior. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to continue his/her research while collaborating with faculty and doctoral students on the development of new projects. The position will provide teaching opportunities as well.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must have earned their Ph.D. or be close to completion in Organizational Behavior, Management, or a relevant behavioral science discipline such as psychology or sociology.
Department Summary: Reflecting a vibrant and supportive research environment, the Olin Business School is rated highly in terms of research productivity. Over the past several years, faculty in the OB group have published in outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Organization Science. Members currently sit on the editorial boards and/or serve as associate editors at top journals in the field such as ASQ, AMJ, OBHDP, Management Science, and Organization Science.
The Olin School offers an undergraduate program, day and evening MBA programs, Executive MBA programs, and a Ph.D. program.
