Any updates on ES schools that had deadlines?
U of Richmond, race?
Humboldt?
Pitzer?
Saint Mary's?
Valpo?
UNC-A?
etc. etc.
Was it worth it to participate?

I submitted/will be submitting applications to four out of six places I interviewed with via the ES employment service (the other two turned out to not be a good fit and I didn't want to waste time). I have submitted three of those applications (one will be submitted next week) and have not heard back from any of the positions - though I have also not seen anyone indicate there has been any movement forward on those positions. I think I'll have a better answer in a few weeks when things move forward a bit more and I can determine whether I moved with them or did not make the cut.
As of right now, I still found it worth it to participate. It gave me a chance to practice some interview skills and learn how to "sell" myself as a candidate they want to hire. All the interviews I had were very positive and resulted in interesting discussions. Strongly encouraged to apply at all places I interviewed with but still don't have a good measure of how meaningful that was.
Long story short - it was worth it for me. I also was fortunate to have departmental funding for the conference and the employment service itself. So, I had minimal risks with the exception of an overwhelmingly busy conference.
