The Sociology Department at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking applicants for a one-year full-time, non-tenure track position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor(if PhD complete)or Lecturer(MA or ABD) to begin August, 2016. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate Sociology courses in Classical or Contemporary Theory and other core courses. For full consideration, please submit a letter of application, CV, sample of syllabi from two courses, and the names and contact information of three references. Review of applications will begin on March 11, 2016 and will continue until the position is filled.
