Anyone here have any experience with the Journal of Higher Education? Especially trying to get a sense of review turnaround.

I have a paper in this journal. The first round of reviews took about 10 months, but the editor apologized profusely and made it sound like this was unusual. The R&R took more like 2-3 months after resubmission. But, if you are looking for a quick turn around, my experience suggests it is not a sure bet.
