Westat is seeking an experienced researcher/evaluator to work on studies in education and health sciences. Position responsibilities include designing evaluation studies, collecting data, analyzing primary and secondary data, and writing reports. The successful candidate must have strong writing and speaking skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Candidates must have a PhD in the social sciences or related field, experience in program evaluation, and the ability to conduct bibliometrics and social network analysis. A Masters degree plus 4 years relevant experience may be substituted for the PhD, but bibliometrics and social network analysis skills are required.
