How strict are those areas? Do I have to have published in race/ethnicity or would pubs in criminology suffice?
What's the student body composition such that I can speak to my skills (or lack thereof) in reflecting that?
Thanks!!

They have a terminal MA program and a lot of online courses. They are a small department so it is hard to tell what their identity will be, but it seems like they are skewing toward crim.

Hmm...weird because they have a public affairs program which houses a CJ degree. Maybe they will have both a CJ and a crim degree but in different departments?
