Open Tenure-track Faculty Positions The School of Criminal Justice invites applications for multiple full-time tenure-track faculty positions. Assistant or Associate Professor Position to begin Fall 2016. Area of specialization is open. A Ph.D. in criminal justice or a related discipline is required and candidates must have a demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research. We will begin reviewing applications on September 4, 2015, and will continue until the position is filled. The University at Albany is one of the four University Centers of the State University of New York. Its approximately 17,000 students include some 5000 graduate students, and its full-time faculty numbers about 700. Albany, the capital of New York, is in a metropolitan area with a population of approximately 800,000.
