I received comments (via track changes and comment bubbles in MS Word) on draft one of a book review from the journal editor. Is it best practice to turn in revised version w/ a similar "response to reviewer" document that I would send to a peer reviewed journal?
Thanks!

Have only done two book reviews so far but in both instances I did not include any additional documents just the revised review. I don't see any reason to do this unless it is explicitly requested.

Also wouldn't do that. If there's a need to explain any changes, use bubbles.
