University of RichmondVisiting Faculty Position in Sociology The Department of Sociology and Anthropology invites applications for a two-semester visiting, non-tenure-track position in Sociology beginning August 2015. We seek candidates with expertise in the area of crime and justice. We also seek candidates with a strong commitment to high quality undergraduate education. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Introduction to Sociology as well as research methods and one or two upper-level courses in his/her area(s) of expertise. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Sociology, but preference will be given to those with a Ph.D. or who are nearing completion of a Ph.D. Applicants should apply online at www.urjobs.org using the Faculty (Instructional/Research) link, and complete a brief application.
