They sent out an email last week (I think it was Friday), requesting I complete an "affirmative action information request." I believe this email was sent automatically to all applicants. Email also said the committee has started initial review of applications but that it would be a few weeks before initial review is complete.

I received a request for written responses to three questions and a request for my 3 letters of recommendation earlier this week.
