There are several Cal State and SUNY schools that have come out with job ads this market cycle. Do ads for schools in the same system come out at the same time, as well as move on candidates at the same time? Could we expect more jobs affiliated with big systems, ie CUNY, SUNY, Cal, Cal State, etc. to come out later in the cycle?

It doesn't seem like they're coordinated. Some Cal State schools posted months ago and some did just this week, same with the SUNYs. I feel like not too many more will be posting, though only because I don't think there are many more left!

I cannot speak with an authority about Cal State. However, I can say there is a lot of diversity in the SUNY system (same for CUNY). The flagship schools and/or research centers will have ads out right away. Whereas, the teaching oriented schools could come out as late as November. As far as SUNY is concerned, if you are open to positions at teaching oriented institutions, I would bet there is still a couple left to come.

What is the teaching load at the SUNY teaching schools? 3/3 or 4/4? I think Cal States are on 4/4.
