What's so funny about it? Penn State is in Philly.
I think you're confusing it with the University of Pennsylvania which is in College Station and is considered a 'public ivy.' Good school, but not on caliber with Penn State-Philly

PSU is not in College Station it's in State College PA. You are thinking of Texas A&M.

It's a joke from SJMR. Apparently started at EJMR. Not funny anywhere. The joke is that you takeover any thread that is about PSU/UPenn and make this type of comment. To the best of my knowledge, that's the full thing. Yes, it's dumb.
