Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Sociology position with strong background in Applied Sociology and quantitative design and analysis, especially demography and/or program evaluation (in both process and outcomes evaluation) will be available at California State University, Bakersfield, beginning September 2015. Ph.D., or ABD, from an accredited doctoral granting institution required. Documented record of successful undergraduate teaching, start of an active research/scholarship agenda that is sustainable at CSUB and start of a professionally related service record of delivering evidence-based programs in Applied Sociology in rural communities also required. The focus of the search remains the same, but there are some minor changes in the wording.
