It's interesting (or head-scratching) that an upstart like TAMUT would enter the 2015 job cycle so early. I interviewed with them for a fall 2014 TT position, and ultimately declined their offer. No new faculty have been listed on their sociology faculty page, so it is possible that their 2014 search ended unsuccessfully thus prompting them to try again (but earlier in the cycle). To share what I know from my interview, this is far-and-away a teaching position. I was told that one pub would suffice for tenure. You need to be prepared to teach many course preps as they have a fairly new 4-yr sociology degree and only a couple of faculty. Thus, you will have to be a generalist. Very nice, new campus, and some nice people I met. I know nothing really about the admin.

I was also offered a position at TAMUT for the 2013-2014 search and declined. It seems that their search was unsuccessful.

Also, could you tell me why you declined? You don't have to tell me the detailed info, but was it because of admin? faculty? students? teaching load? I'm afraid of applying now.

Administration, faculty, and teaching load (lots of new preps). I didn't meet many students, so not sure there.
