I've published here, and all and all had a good experience - the review was reasonably speedy and I received numerous useful comments that helped me substantially improve the manuscript. The downside is, however, that SWB does not seem to be widely indexed, which might simply be an outcome of its open-access format outside the venue of traditional publishing companies. For instance, recent issues of SWB do not seem to be indexed on Google Scholar. I love open access and the SWB approach more generally, but this is something to be aware of.
