Anyone have experience with the Journal of Adolescent Health?

I have had some experience with this journal. They seem to be very picky about your definition of "adolescent" and this must be very clear in your paper. I have had a few rejections from them and each took 6 months or more--very slow compared to other journals like this (demography/medicine/health).

About three months for a conditional accept.
This was my only experience with the journal, so I have no idea whether that kind of response time is typical (the above post makes it sound like I got lucky).
