Nobody with experience here? It's on par with ERS for top specialty journal in the field, no?

Nobody with experience here? It's on par with ERS for top specialty journal in the field, no? I'm skeptical of that claim. It has a great editorial board in terms of its members' research profiles...but it is also disproportionately represented by Harvard faculty, with relatively little international representation (compared to ERS, which is an international journal).

Meh... They're both equally crappy.

I have not published in the Du Bois Review but my pub on racial elements of welfare policies was treated well by the journal "Race, Class & Gender"

N of 1, but in my experience DBR is fast--only three weeks for an R&R. Reviews are thorough and helpful.
