There are two. I have no info on either but just to clarify. One is socy the other is justice studies.

JMU has scheduled on campus interviews. ...This is why it's important to note whether it's the justice studies or the socy position because it's already been mentioned that interviews were scheduled for the justice studies position

There are campus visits scheduled for people who applied to the other position, not the justice studies one, in January.

I wonder what's up with the justice studies? So one offer for 1 of the 2 positions was turned down so then...what's next? Anymore offers gone out?

James Madison University - Justice Studies Hire: --Jesse R. McKee (ABD, Old Dominion University) Jesse R. McKee is an Assistant Professor of Justice Studies. He received his PhD in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University. Prior to that, Jesse received his BS and MA degrees in Sociology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. Jesse joined the JMU faculty in 2013 and teaches Research Methods and a special topics course on Domestic Violence. His research interests include violence against women, structural equation modeling for criminological theory testing, sociological/criminological theories on crime, and crimes of the state (e.g. genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes).
