Was anyone else tempted to through your computer against the wall when using their online application system? Was very buggy for me at least...

Can you tell me if the application website had you upload reference letters or if they will contact the references? I started on the application, but I didn't get to the end.

Definitely a frustrating experience with the Martin system. Why bother to submit a CV if you're going to fill out all of the information online? (TEN YEAR work history? Please.) Do these people understand that a letter that's not confidential is not worth the paper it's written on? That's the third job today where I'm supposed to upload confidential letters myself. I know some people have these, but I don't. It looks bad. Guess I should just write the letters myself since Martin doesn't care either way. Oh, and best of luck finding an address for the department to mail hard copies!/Rant over.

I had my letter-writers send letters to the department administrator, Donna Brewer (donnbrew@utm.edu). She forwarded them to the committee.
