Position Summary
The Department of Sociology at Boise State University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin August 2013. We will also consider candidates at the Associate level who exhibit the appropriate experience and an exceptional fit to departmental needs. Areas of specialization are open, with priority given to candidates interested in mentoring undergraduate research.
Minimum Qualifications
earned Ph.D. degree in sociology and demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching, research, and service. The successful candidate will teach a 3/3 load while maintaining an active and productive research agenda.
