It's been a while since I checked the ASA job bank. There are some new listings. For those who are curious, according to my google search Bucknell has recently shifted from a 6 course load to a 5 course load.
Bucknell University. The Department of Sociology & Anthropology invites applications for a tenure-track position (open rank without tenure) in Sociology beginning in August of 2013. We seek a teacher-scholar with a demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse student body and a commitment to diversity and inclusive pedagogy. The successful applicant must have completed or be in the final stages of completing a PhD in Sociology, and s/he will be expected to teach Introduction to Sociology and both introductory and advanced courses in her or his area/s of specialization. The substantive area is open, with a preference for highly qualified candidates in social movements, political sociology, the sociology of work, or urban and community.
