Like most everyone on this board, I work a lot. And I check my email a lot. And I worry about the job market a lot.
Sometimes I need a lighthearted break to keep the anxiety down.
What do you do to keep sane?

British and Irish comedies (IT Crowd, Father Ted, etc.) and good beer. Rinse and repeat.

Knitting and The Office reruns. Also, working out really helps big time.
