Assistant or Associate Professor
The Department of Sociology (http://www.cas.sc.edu/socy/) at the University of South Carolina invites applications at the Assistant or Associate professor level, to begin in August 2013. The department seeks candidates from all areas, but is particularly interested in those who complement our existing strengths in Social Stratification and Inequality, Health and Well-being, and Social Psychology. Completion of PhD degree by the time of employment is expected.
Applicants should submit curriculum vitae, a statement outlining their research and teaching agenda, three letters of recommendation, and samples of writing.
