Let's keep it rolling. Any experience with Sociological Perspectives?

I've submitted here twice with a moderate amount of success.
Under old editors: The first manuscript had 4 reviewers, with helpful feedback. Received an R&R after 3.5 months. Received conditional acceptance 1 month after revisions. Received Acceptance 2 weeks after final revisions.
Under new editors: Three reviewers---1 had no idea what the paper was about and could not distinguish between independent and dependent variables...seriously. 1 review was positive, and 1 was negative.

I submitted a manuscript in late 2012. R&R after 3 months with 3 solid and helpful reviews, substantial feedback from editor. Revision was accepted after 2.5 months, took about 7 months after that to appear in print. Hope this helps!

Recently published there. Had three reviewers. All reviews were helpful and offered useful (and reasonable) suggestions. Took 3-4 months for initial response, received R&R, waited for another 1-2 months for decision after manuscript was sent back to two of the three original reviewers. Minor changes requested by editor after the two reviewers approved the RR changes. Manuscript was not sent out for second round of RR after those minor changes were made (editor just looked at them approved them and this stage took about two weeks).

Turn around was quick (3 months for the reject) but reviews were horrible. The reviewers did not seem to have read the paper. Also, judging by the quality, I suspect they were graduate students.
