Tenure-Track Position in Criminology
The Department of Sociology and Criminology at Saint Mary's University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Criminology at the rank of Assistant Professor. A strong record of research and teaching in Prisons and Punishment is required. The successful candidate will hold a PhD in Criminology or Sociology and by way of a teaching portfolio must demonstrate ability and effectiveness in teaching core undergraduate courses in Introductory Criminology and the Canadian Criminal Justice System. The appointment will begin on July 1, 2013.
