THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY AND CRIMINOLOGY AT STONEHILL COLLEGE invites applications for a one-year teaching fellowship to begin in August 2012. The successful candidate will teach two courses per semester: Two sections of Introduction to Sociology in fall 2012; Introduction to Sociology plus an upper-level course in the fellow’s specialty in spring 2013. A stipend of $25,000 will be provided plus benefits and faculty development support. Qualifications include ABD status or a recent Ph.D. in sociology, criminology, or anthropology and a demonstrated strong commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching.
