Job Description:
The successful candidate should demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence and to maintaining an active scholarly agenda. Specialization in social statistics and research methods is preferred. Teaching load will include Research Methods, Social Statistics, Introduction to Sociology, electives that complement existing offerings, as well as contributions to the interdisciplinary programs of the college. We seek a teacher-scholar who is well versed in the fundamentals of the discipline, and is interested in inclusive and innovative pedagogy. Additional duties include advising and committee work.
