Job Description:
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA invites applications for a one-year visiting sociology position to begin August 2012. Specialty areas are open. However, the candidate must teach Sociology of Community On-Line and classroom courses in Social Stratification and Micro Sociology during the Fall semester 2012. Spring semester courses are negotiable. PhD by time of appointment is preferred. Candidates should be excellent teachers in small and large classroom settings.
