The SUNY Geneseo Department of Sociology invites applications for a one-year position as a Lecturer or Visiting Assistant Professor of Sociology, beginning August 2012. Availability of the position is subject to final budgetary approval. The specific area of specialization is open. Teaching duties will include Introduction to Sociology, Research Methods, and Statistics. We require that all candidates have ABD status in Sociology, and we prefer teaching experience.
