Position Available: Fall 2012 (pending budgetary approval)
Felician College, the Franciscan College of New Jersey, invites applications from candidates who have an earned PhD degree (by Fall 2012) from an accredited institution, a demonstrated ability to teach and mentor students, and a willingness to uphold the Felician/Franciscan Mission of the College.
Candidates must be capable of teaching both Political Science and Sociology. Expertise in political science should include political theory, political philosophy, political economy, policy studies, comparative politics, international relations, constitutional law and the electoral process. The candidate should also be prepared to teach freshman and sophomore level Sociology courses, and an interdisciplinary Social Science Core course focusing on Global Issues and Diversity.
