The Department of Sociology at the College of William and Mary invites applications for a non-tenure-track lecturer position that will begin August 10, 2017. This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal. We seek an individual with expertise in criminology and/or law and society. The successful applicant will be expected to be an effective teacher and will have a 3-3 teaching load.
Required: A Master’s degree in Sociology, Criminology, or closely related field is required.
Preferred: A Ph.D. or ABD in Sociology, Criminology, or closely related field is preferred at the time of appointment (August 10, 2017).
