Brandeis University - Allen-Berenson Postdoctral Fellowship, Sexuality Studies
The Women's and Gender Studies Program at Brandeis University invites applications in the field of Sexuality Studies for its two-year Allen-Berenson Postdoctoral Fellowship. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in the social sciences, including but not limited to political science, history, and legal studies. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research contributes to the study of sexuality through intersectional and interdisciplinary analysis; expertise in transnational and global studies is especially welcome. The successful candidate will teach one course each semester and participate in the scholarly life of the faculty.
Please send a letter of application, curriculum vitae, a sample of your scholarly work, and three letters of recommendation to shunt@brandeis.edu. Review of applications will begin on December 1, 2012. Ph.D. should be in hand by the commencement of the fellowship and preferably received within the past six years. Brandeis University is an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a culturally diverse intellectual community, and strongly encourages applications from women and minority candidates.
