Department of Sociology and Social Anthropology invites applications from junior academics with a completed PhD for an early-career teaching position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The 10 month, limited term appointment is to teach a combination of quantitative research methods and substantive courses which contribute to our undergraduate curriculum. Applicants should hold a PhD in Sociology and should be able to situate their work in one of the Department’s three areas of specialization: Critical Health Studies; Economy, Work and Development; or Social Justice and Inequality. Expertise in immigration is an asset.
