I recently went on an interview at my dream job. Or at least the closest thing to it. I've been on interviews before, and even gotten offers, but none of them at places I really wanted to be. And so now I can't sleep (and won't hear about the results of the search for at least 3 weeks). I keep second guessing everything about the interview, replaying it in my mind, trying to find clues. How the hell do I move on from here, and what do I do if I don't get the job?

sleeping pills will allow you to sleep, also going to the gym/going for a run - at least this helped me Tackle the "if I don't get the job" then - one source of anxiety is enough. Good luck!

Take 1mg of melatonin an hour before you want to go to bed. Will help you sleep and is also very relaxing- much better and safer than ambien etc.
For me larger doses knock me on my ass (5mg or more) and leave me groggy as hell the next day. 1mg is the perfect amount for me.
