Anyone have information about a good CAPI software platform? I found a free one from the World Bank but it seems limited and does not seem like it can be used off-line. I am toying with the idea of quicktapsurvey.com - it seems to do what I want - complex questions and off-line use, but I am unfamiliar with what else is out there.
