The Department of Sociology, Criminology, and Anthropology, at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls is looking to hire instructional academic staff. This is a one-year position, beginning August 24, 2015. The primary field of interest is anthropology and sociology, with candidates needing to be able to teach Introduction to Cultural Anthropology, Faces of Culture, Sociology of the Family, and Social Problems in the fall. For the spring semester teaching responsibilities include Introduction to Cultural Anthropology and upper division courses in anthropology and sociology. Candidates must have a minimum of a master’s degree in anthropology or sociology and independent teaching experience.
