Deleted a few posts here. Please don't derail threads with forum wars.
As for the spreadsheet, I would like to point out that neither Archivist or I have control over it. It is fine to link it over here, as long as it follows the rules of this forum regarding names:
- Don't name names before negotiations are over. If you are uncertain, please hold off (especially when assistant professors are involved). - People can request that their names be removed.
The last one is an important one, as the majority of deletions I do are because someone requested it. So as long as people can remove their names from the spreadsheet, that is fine.

i own/made the spreadsheet and am fully on board with those rules, ElDuderino! If you spot or hear of problems before I do, please feel free to yank the link or email me to have me delete the document.

All right, Valerio Bacak at Rutgers! What a nice, smart guy. Plus someone from Penn finally landed a job!

Happy to see Trevor Hoppe accepted SUNY's offer. He would do a good job filling the gap of Ryan King while also revitalizing the sexuality concentration.

There are names posted on this subforum that no one has entered in. I understand it would have been easier if they had been put in earlier, but for those who want to make sure the google doc spreadsheet is up to date, that's a good place to start.
At least for me, I've gone to edit it a couple times, only to stop myself realizing I was logged in to my google account. If there was a way that everything was entered in anonymously, I'd probably be more likely to do it.

I just assumed people were using the other forum/wiki to list hires this year. It looks to be better updated: http://www..com/wiki.php

I'm not sure why the forum auto-edited the link, but the omitted part is "sobjobrumors" (in case people didn't know that site existed, somehow).
