Does anyone know if this university has a statement of faith clause in the contract?

Not sure what it looks like, but they do require that you be a devoted Christian.

if you look on their website, you can find that as a part of the application process you must do the following... not sure about clauses in the contract...
Personal Faith Narrative As an institution, Lee University is committed to an evangelical mission and worldview. Affiliated with the Church of God, an evangelical, Pentecostal denomination, Lee University welcomes and employs people from a wide diversity of Christian traditions. Please share in 500 or fewer words your personal faith journey and attach it to this form.
Personal Statement on the Integration of Faith and Learning Lee University is committed to maintaining an environment of critical thought in a worldview context of Christian faith. In 500 or fewer words, please share your own conception of how this kind of integration would work for you, either in the context of your specific discipline or in the engagement of students in and/or out of the classroom. Attach your statement to this form.
Lee University’s Declaration of Faith For your reference, following is the Declaration of Faith as provided by the Church of God, Lee University’s sponsoring denomination. Faculty members at Lee University agree in their contracts not to propagate any religious doctrines, teach or publish anything contrary to the Declaration of Faith. We believe: In the verbal inspiration of the Bible. In one God eternally existing in three persons; namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. That He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor. That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins. That justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ, through the Word, and by the Holy Ghost. Holiness to be God’s standard of living for His people. In the baptism with the Holy Ghost subsequent to a clean heart. In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and that it is the initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Ghost. In water baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. That divine healing is provided for all in the atonement. In the Lord’s Supper and washing of the saints’ feet. In the pre-millennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years. In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.

I graduated with my BA from Lee in 2001. And it is that hardcore. Many courses began every day with a prayer. The students have to sign a statement of faith. There is required attendance at 75% of the chapel services during the semester (they were offered three times a week). If I am not mistaken, faculty are also required to attend (at least that is the way it seemed back then- there was a whole lot of them EVERY Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday).
One of my best friends was dismissed from the University in 2000 for having SEX with her boyfriend. It was in Lee housing off campus. Granted, they werent caught "in the throes", they answered affirmatively when asked, so maybe it was their fault for A. answering that question and B. not lying- knowing that they would likely get tossed out. As a freshman, my roommate and I were put on social probation when we were caught by an RA in the boys dorm. Not even in any sort of "questionable" situation involving drugs, alcohol or nudity.
There are week-long convocations, once in the Fall and once in Spring where there are more chapel services. Students take religion classes- such that they end up with a minor in Bible by the time they graduate. The classes include a survey in Old Testament and in New Testament. Its likely that anyone hired to teach at Lee as TT would, at some point, be asked to teach the "Capstone" course, where there was a LOT of emphasis on faith. And while we are talking about Faith- keep in mind that we aren't talking Faith, as in any an all faith. We are talking about evangelical christian faith. The place didn't seem that welcoming at all to anyone who was catholic, jewish or anything else. There is nothing wrong with that per se, just be advised that a LOT of this isn't likely to be apparent when anyone goes on a visit.
I had a great time at Lee. I became me there... but I remember very distinctly being at the opening "vesper's service" before my first term started thinking, "Holy mother of jesus, what have I done? Can I leave? How pissed would my mom be if I asked her to come get me?"
