We have been meeting for the last few weeks to arrive at our short list. As "Email" has noted, we sent out emails to our top ten picks (so far) to make sure they are still interested. We need to submit our final short list to the dean by December 11th and would start contacting applicants for fly-outs shortly thereafter. We are shooting for a total of four visits.

We submitted the shortlist to the Dean and Provost and are waiting for approval to start sending out invites. Hopefully we will have word in a few days.
